What began as curiosity in 2005 has blossomed into a love of a lifestyle as well as a business. At CloudWalker Farm we are breeding for fleece that will one day become luxurious fabrics. Building on the genetics of Luster King, King Kong and MacGyver, to name just a few, we have begun a herd of suri alpaca that will give us just that. For years, we looked for something we could do as a family that would bring us closer together and closer to what life is really all about. When we discovered alpacas, we realized they were the opportunity for which we had been looking. CloudWalker Farm is truly becoming a family endeavor.

Show season has ended and what a great time it was. We participated in our first shows and were able to bring home some beautiful blue ribbons. Our girl, Mia Dolce, won first place at both the Southwest Regional Alpaca Show and the California Classic as did our little tricolor CWKR Joseph. What a great learning experience. We saw some pretty spectacular animals this season. We are currently agisting at Alpacas at Windy Hill, but we're looking forward to the time we have a place of our own.
